• Contact your window frame supplier and state the WER you require – ‘A’ and/or ‘B’. Your frame supplier will advise. Please note that the BFRC now offer an 'A+' rating and CERTASS offer an equivalent 'A*' rating. 

• You have several choices as to which WER certifying body you apply to. It’s worth comparing these schemes before choosing an approved Simulator to take you through the application and registration process. Contact your chosen certifying body for an approved simulator. See links below to BFRC and CERTASS websites which should be your first check-point.
